// Exchanges & Returns//
We offer exchange in sizes for all non-discounted items on our website. If the ordered piece doesn’t fit you, please ship us the piece back with a small note of your size requirements, and send us an email at anoshklabel@gmail.com. If the style doesn’t suit you, we can offer you a one-time use store credit voucher valid for 3 months provided the piece is unworn and intact with all the tags and labels. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will not account for the amount of the store credit voucher.
Exchanges and returns will not be accepted for any customized order. A product is eligible for exchange/return only if it is a standard product.
We do not accept exchange & returns for any order shipped internationally unless the fault is at our end meaning that the product is defective or a wrong item/size was shipped.
We will not entertain exchanges after 7 days of the purchase. If you wish to return/exchange a piece, please send us a mail within 1 week of receiving your order.
Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products. Please also know monitors are calibrated differently and colours, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate. In the event of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

If you are shipping an item over Rs 2500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
